Events Coordination Our experience in special
events coordination ranges from organizing dinners for 12, to fund raisers with
sit-down dinners for hundreds of people, to mall events with celebrity
appearances with crowds of a few thousand. For the last 15 years, we have had hands-on experience in putting
together successful events throughout Canada and part of the United States.
Through our association with organizations throughout the country, we can
assist you in setting up events all over Canada, as well as in the United
States. One of our strategic alliance is with
Daytime Enterprises Ltd., a promotional company in Toronto specializing in mall
events and trade show appearances in both Canada and the United States. Through
their network, we can access and book leading soap stars from the high rated
American programs as well as leading stars from some of the nighttime programs.
Our goal is to help you in selecting the
right venue based on your budget and target audience. We also organize the
event by taking care of all the logistical details in three phases of
successful event coordination: Phase 1 Pre-production (initial planning of
event)
